Consult
We need to understand the logistics of your business, your goals, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be. This is also an opportunity for me to show you what’s possible.
Plan
After consulting, I can put together a blueprint for the architecture of your new site. In other words, what are the ‘categories’ of content that should make up your new site; like locations, team members, services, service categories, reviews, and so on.
Even more importantly, how would you like to manage that content? Would you like to tag reviews with specific locations? Would you like to tag FAQs with specific services? These are just a couple examples of the power and depth available to you.
Backup
After planning, I take a full inventory of all pages/content/assets in your current site, map them out, and back them up. This way, we ensure nothing is lost and everything can be brought to the new site.
Design
After backup, we create the design system that your entire site will obey, which is customized for your brand specifically. Colors, typography, radius, buttons, cards and so on. You’ll be presented with these designs for edits/approval before moving to the next step.
Develop
After design is approved, we start building and bringing everything to life. I use a page builder called ‘Bricks’, which is a professional tool that uses clean, accessible code. This ensures the best performance for your site.
Launch
After development, we test all pages/templates on all screen sizes, test forms/functionality, integrations, etc. Once the final product is greenlit by all parties involved, we connect the site to your domain and launch.
Because we also took an inventory of your original site, we have a full map of all URLs, title tags, meta descriptions, and all other seo related data. We then setup redirects as needed and confirm all data is preserved/optimized as needed.
Host & Maintain
After launch, if you opt for my management plan, you can rest assured knowing that hosting, security, and general maintenance are all covered on an ongoing basis. You also receive unlimited basic edits every month as needed.

Who owns the site?
You always maintain full ownership of the site, domain, etc. You also have full admin access at all times.
How long will it take?
This process can be surprisingly fast – 4 to 6 weeks on average.
Will I lose my content or my rankings?
No, before any work begins, the first thing I’ll do is map out the entirety of your existing site. Structure, pages, content, assets, etc. We’ll preserve all of it, as well as modify/enhance the parts that call for it.
Do you use a template?
No, through a free consultation I’ll learn about your business, your goals, and then build you a blueprint for the architecture of your site. This will help you understand plain-as-day how things will work and what you can expect. It’s built for your business and your needs specifically.

HappyFiles
WordPress’s media manager is still terrible all these years later, so HappyFiles is a non-negotiable for me. Built by the same team that made Bricks, and its quality reflects that. It provides a quick way to organize most anything within the platform.
Rank Math
This one is simple—it’s the SEO plugin I started with and never found a reason to switch. It handles the basic meta title/description needs, OG image data, etc. Free to use.
WS Form
Although there are many form builders, WS Form is special because it extends functionality far beyond the others on the market. It provides a ton of integration/flexibility to use variables, hidden inputs, conditions, actions and more. When you really use a CMS the way you’re supposed to, you need a form that can support it.
ACF
ACF is the go-to for customizing and expanding your WordPress environment. It allows you to add custom post types, fields, taxonomies and more. This is how you really get the most out of the CMS.
